I too am *marked safe from consuming raw cookie dough* for at least 47 years. Mom had to come up with new places to hide the cookie dough in between batches because of the rate at which my stepdad and I could annihilate it.
I also have a fondness for rare cake batter, biscuit dough and pancake batter. And pie crust.
I am living testament that the "if you eat raw cookie dough you will die a slow agonizing death from salmonella poisoning" theory is completely incorrect. Wont share my age but I've eaten raw cookie dough my entire life and I'm still here.
