They sound delicious and I was just thinking quiche as our hens are working overtime with the lengthening days. Actually heard Spring Peepers last night and today was the first day we have been able to sit on the porch for coffee. Waiting for the first lambs and hoping the coyotes stay clear! Nightly spells and donkeys let me sleep. Stay safe, blessed be and thanks for another great recipe idea - the potato pancakes were awesome.
