My brother worked as an EMT in Boston for 18 months and it about wrecked him.

I am moved to thank you for the things you know. So many of them are helpful to others- your emergency experience not the least. These unlucky gentlemen were lucky in that you were there. How proud you must be to be able to offer help! I am sorry that the ability also hurts to exercise.
